Can I take a tour before booking?

Is the space clean?
Yes. We have a cleaning protocol for every booking. Before you arrive:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Do you offer any discounts for long-term rentals or larger teams?
Soon. Once we understand the needs of our guests, we will offer discounted rates for long-term commitments.
Can I host events at the Focus Room?
At the moment, we're focusing (pun intended) on the solopreneur experience. Although, we will eventually allow team events.
How secure is the Workspace?
Security is a top priority for us. While the entrances to the backyard are equipped with surveillance cameras, for your privacy, the deck and focus room are not recorded.
What are the operating hours of Sunroom Workspace?
There will be limited hours of operation at the start of the season, based on guest's feedback. Eventually, we expect to have operating hours to fit member's needs.
